General Terms and Conditions

Basic provision

These General Terms and Conditions define the legal relations between PLAYzone s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer") and customers of the website www.pzchallenge.cz (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") for certain cultural or other events (hereinafter referred to as "Events") for which PLAYzone s.r.o. arranges the sale of tickets (hereinafter referred to as "Tickets").

By making any purchase (by confirming a transaction between PLAYzone and a visitor to this website), the visitor agrees to the General Terms and Conditions, but also to the Privacy Policy and the General Rules of the Event Participants. This step is notified before the completion of the order in the form of two consents, without which it is not possible to complete the transaction.

Trade relations using electronic systems are governed by these terms and conditions, the legal order of the Czech Republic and the Civil Code.

These terms and conditions are valid for all business relations concluded between the supplier and the customer for all business relations concluded by means of electronic systems on domains operated by the supplier.

Tickets and their types

The Organizer may define one or more types of Tickets for individual Events (besides the basic Tickets, in particular VIP Tickets, Tickets with the possibility of applying a discount or Tickets in the form of registration of a venue for the event, etc.). Different types of Tickets usually have different prices, scope of use and authorization.

All tickets are delivered in electronic form after their payment, when the e-mail given by the Customer will receive a confirmation of payment, which will be enclosed in the attached .pdf file. In this file, the Customer will find a unique Ticket, which they will print out and present to the Event.

Ticket Sales

Tickets of all kinds can only be purchased electronically through www.pzchallenge.cz, where they are delivered to the Customer after payment of the order (described in more detail above).

Ticket prices

The price of a particular Ticket is always given at www.pzchallenge.cz. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the price of the Ticket is inclusive of the statutory rate of 21% VAT and includes all pre-sale fees.

Payment of the ticket price is made exclusively by electronic payment through GoPay.

Complaint

The Customer is obliged to check immediately after sending the Tickets to their e-mail their correctness and completeness (especially the name of the Event, location and time of the Event, price and number of Tickets and other parameters). The Customer is obliged to immediately report any complaints regarding the contents of the Tickets to the respective e-mail or telephone contact given on the page www.pzchallenge.cz/kontakty.

Complaints about the content of the Tickets, in particular printing or graphic errors, incompleteness or inaccuracy of data or designation of the type of Tickets are handled by the Contact Person of PLAYzone s.r.o. The contact person shall provide the Customer with information on the manner and date of the complaint. If due to technical reasons it is not possible to cancel the claimed Ticket, the Customer will receive a complaint letter by e-mail.

Paid admission is not refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Purchased Ticket is not exchanged. In case of loss or damage, no replacement ticket is provided.

Refund and reservation of the Organizer

Short-term postponement of the dates of events is possible for individual Events. The changed dates of the Events are given in the form of media according to the choice of PLAYzone s.r.o.

The conditions for the refund of admission in case of complete cancellation of the Event shall be determined by the Promoter of the Event within 10 days from the discovery of this fact. In the event of cancellation, the Promoter is obliged to return to the Customer the full amount paid at the time of purchase of the Ticket - the Customer shall present a document sent to his / her e-mail after payment of the transaction. The refund is made by bank transfer, when the Organizer returns the purchase amount to the bank account of the Customer.

Issue of a tax document

If you are interested in obtaining a tax document for this purchase after purchasing the MČR tickets, please let us know no later than 15 days after payment by e-mail info@pzchallenge.cz.

If you contact us later with this request, we may not be able to satisfy you for accounting reasons.

Meeting participants towards their partners

We understand that many of the PLAYzone Challenge participants, mainly from gaming organizations, have their own partners to whom they are obliged to meet their obligations at offline events. We do not want to prevent them from doing so, but at the same time we ask that you understand that the PLAYzone Challenge as an event has a lot of partners to whom the organizers are responsible and advertising activities must not limit the experience of other participants. Therefore, we have decided to set the following conditions for fulfilling participants towards their partners or sponsors:

Advertising photoshoots with player or team partner products can be made. However, only by prior arrangement with the organizer, who clearly sets the time and place where this can be done, in order not to disturb the experience of other participants of the event or its schedule.
It is forbidden to have permanently placed promotional items that are in conflict with the partners of the event in their place.
Please contact us in advance for any other form of performance that you are not sure whether or not it may be performed at info@pzchallenge.cz. For on-site inquiries, it is very likely that you will no longer be able to comply.

Final Provisions

The provisions aimed at consumer protection according to legal regulations and these conditions do not apply to Customers who enter into contractual relations with the Organizer as entrepreneurs. By the nature of the service provided and the provisions of § 1837 point. j) of the Civil Code, the Customer cannot withdraw from the Contract for Participation in the Event.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions become invalid, ineffective or unenforceable, the validity, effectiveness or enforceability of the other provisions shall remain unaffected. The terms come into force and effect on February 27, 2019 and PLAYzone s.r.o. reserves the right to change them at any time.
