Why can’t I register as a single player in team games?

You have to register as a whole team for a team game tournament, so we could register spots right next to each other for you. Registration also serves as an application for the main tournament in the selected game. If you register as a single player, you still can participate in accompanying tournaments for teams.

Can I change a member of the team after registration?

Yes, if you are already registered and want to change your roster, it is possible until 21.5.2020 12:00. After this, the rosters are definitely closed. For change of your roster contact us at info@pzchallenge.cz.

Can we register as an organization and receive an invoice for all the sections at once?

Yes, if you want to register the whole organization we will issue an invoice for all your players at once. In such case, contact us at info@pzchallenge.cz and we will provide more information.

What table and chair will I receive if I choose Standard or Premium registration? And can I bring my own?

A table for each player will be provided in dimensions 120x60cm. You will also be provided with a conference chair. You are allowed to bring your own gaming chair but due to table lines being prepared upfront, you are not allowed to bring your own table to the event.

I want to come for a free-play with my friends. Is it possible to seat us next to each other?

Yes. The easiest solution to this is to arrive to the registration together but it is also possible to save a spot for your friend before they arrive.

What exactly is included in the All Inclusive registration?

Especially a fully equipped gaming place. Gaming computer Alza Gamebox, gaming monitor and gaming chair. Each player will bring their own peripherals, unless arranged differently with the organizer of the event.

What does a premium access to WI-FI mean and will I have worse connection without it?

All varieties of passes will provide you with the same speed and quality of connection, because each of the participants will be connected to internet by an ethernet cable. Premium passes will provide you with access to faster WI-FI for your mobile phone, tablet or laptop.

I am a coach of a team participating in the event. How do I register?

Coaches who will require a spot with table and seat need to register alongside their team. Those, who do not require a gaming spot, need to accredit themselves as coaches (accreditations will be initiated later).

And if I want to bring a friend?

If you want your friend to be with you in the gaming zone, they have to buy a gaming spot (atleast Standard version). The visitor pass will get them to the pavilion G2, but not inside the gaming zone itself. This applies for any type of accompaying person.

What about parking places and access for cars?

Everyone can drive with their car directly in front of the pavilion, but it is only possible to stop there for the time necessary to unload their things. The owners of Premieum and All Inclusive passes have dedicated parking spots next to the pavilion, the owners of Standard or Visitor passes will have to park in a paid parking lot or use parking places outside the expo areal. Can I bring my own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages?

No. You cannot bring any drinks to the pavilion, you will be subjected to a search by a security guard at the entrance. This is for the sake of your own safety and the safety of your equipment. You can purchase alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar in the refreshment zone for moderate prices.

Can I drink at the event? Will alcohol be sold there?

Yes, you can, but everyone is responsible for their own state of consciousness. In case of inadequate behavior you will be escorted out of the event by security. Alcohol will be available for sale in the refreshment zone, however it is forbidden to bring it into the gaming zone. Minors under 18 years of age will not be permitted to buy or drink alcohol.

How does the sleeping zone work?

The sleeping zone is a separate place dedicated strictly to sleeping and nothing else. It can be used by any of the event’s attendants, for a fee of 100 CZK / night which is paid alongside the registration of spot (Premium and All Inclusive passes can use the sleeping zone for free). All things necessary for the sleepover are supplied by each participant on their own. It is not possible to stay in the sleeping zone during the day.

What is the process of accreditation and what does it consist of?

The accreditation process will be started later on, using a special system for media and manager teams. All accredited people will get access to the event including the authorization to enter the gaming and media zone.

Im a TFT and Hearthstone player. Can I participate in tournaments for both games?

You have to register for only one of the games and participate in that tournament. Later, when we have more detailed schedule of the individual tournaments, we will announce whether it is possible to to participate in both TFT and Hearthstone main tournaments.

What if the minimum capacity of some of the tournaments will not be reached?

The game will be taken out of the tournaments list and if you decide to not attend the event due to this, you will be given 100% of the ammount you have paid for your pass back.
